We will not be undersold! You can save thousands by managing the project yourself.

 

How does the program work:

 

Keep in mind that you are the General Contractor or you may hire a General Contractor.  You or your General Contractor will need to schedule and coordinate with the following contractors / offices:

           * Plumber

           * Electrician

           * Building Construction / Zoning office

           * Architect for foundation plan

           * Mason

           * Carpenter

           * HVAC Contractor

 

1. Contact us for a complete package containing floor plans, pricing and specifications. 

2. Select your floor plan, colors and options.

3. We will provide you with a quote for the home, delivery and tax to your site.

4. Place the order (typical time to construct home is ~ 5 to 8 weeks).  We will then send you a suggested procedure for scheduling your contractors.

5. Recommended:  We will set the home on your foundation.  Again, this is optional.          

 

* Crane, delivery and set fees will be determined at the time of pricing.

When the home is delivered to your lot it will be 90% complete. Give us a call and we will explain all work that you will need to complete.
